I have worked in PR and journalism all my life and am now self-employed with the aim of specialising in travel journalism. I have travelled all around the world and have a particular interest in wildlife tourism and cruising!! My adventures have included side saddle riding in Costa Rica where I survived an earthquake without falling off my horse; being chased by Komodo dragons in Indonesia and keeping a bear out of my tepee in the Rockie Mountains.

Myself having long and rich previous background of social and economic development gradually turned to making short films/videos and then to writing on travel. Travel and photography have always been my passions all along and now I am full time in to travel writing. Published in English as well as Hindi in newspapers and magazines. Brooke Herron is an eighteen-year wine industry veteran, digital marketing and sales strategy consultant, and freelance features writer located in Sonoma County, California. She spends her time traveling to lesser known and visited wine regions as well as areas with great food and hiking trails.
