Anne lives a varied life focused around her two artistic passions : painting and writing. Anne focuses her travel writing on art and publishes artstrolls.com.
Her travel writing and photography has been published in a variety of publications, including the Los Angeles Times, UK's Opera Now, Tahoe Quarterly. Anne has contributed the quarterly art trails column for the online ezine, AmericanRoads.net since 2006 to date. Other publications include The Tribune Group in South Africa, The Lake Oconee News, the Greensboro Herald Journal in Georgia, the Milford Chronicle, MilfordLive.com in Delaware and Lake Tahoe Bonanza, the Nevada Appeal of Carson City in Nevada.
Anne currently writes and paints on the road full time in a 34' Winnebago.
Myrna Katz Frommer and Harvey Frommer are a wife and husband team who successfully bridge the worlds of popular culture and traditional scholarship.
Having met as students at New York University writing for the school newspaper, they are acclaimed oral historians, co-authors of the six highly praised It Happened in the Catskills, It Happened in Brooklyn, Growing Up Jewish in America, It Happened on Broadway, It Happened in Manhattan, and It Happened in Miami and are at work on IT HAPPENED IN ISRAEL.
Professors of oral history in the MALS program at Dartmouth College, they are also prolific travel writers whose articles on national and international destinations and Jewish communities around the world have appeared in a many outlets including The New York Times, Newsday, New York Daily News, Los Angeles Times, Redbook. Haaretz, Caribbean Travel and Life.
Sheila has published over 350 articles worldwide and has had her work syndicated in the UK, US and Hong Kong.
Sheila wrote extensively in the past for examiner.com where she published on news and travel. She has also written articles on women's issues, parenting and golf.
